As President, Leo G. is responsible for all ESDA Activities, including Board and Executive Committee meetings, Committee Chair appointments, media interviews, and the Association annual meeting. He also is a Working Group Chair of Ad hoc 5.0 – (CBE) Device Testing and WG5.2 – (MM) Device Testing. Leo G is also a member of the Standards Committee, Technical and Administration Support Committee, and the Education Committee. Leo G. served on the IEW Committee and Symposium Steering Committee. Leo G. has also served as the Association Sr. Vice President, Vice President, Secretary, and served as National Tutorial Chair for several years. (Elected Director)

Senior Vice President
Terry Welsher
Dangelmayer Associates, LLC.

Terry currently manages Business Operations for the Association including oversight of Headquarters and ESDA contracts. He is a member of the Education Committee, the Education Council, and the Marketing and Communication Committee. Terry is the International Partner Chair and manages the Computer Based Training Program. He also serves as Co-Chair on the JEDEC/ESDA HBM Joint WG. Terry has previously served as Vice President, General Chairman of the Symposium and was active on Symposium Committees. (Elected Director)

Director of Operations

Lisa Pimpinella
Lisa is the Director of Operations for the Association. Lisa participates as a member of the ESDA Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She serves as the interface between consultants, Senior Vice President, Executive Committee, the Board, Business Unit Managers, Committee Chairs, and HQ staff. Lisa manages the Headquarters office and personnel, and serves as Staff Team Leader and Operations Manager. She is also responsible for maintaining ESDA publications and procedure manuals. Donn Pritchard

Donn serves as ESDA Treasurer and Membership and Volunteer Activities Committee (MVA) Business Unit Manager. He is the Nominations Committee chair and a member of the Standards Committee, Standards Working Groups, and is the Symposium Exhibitor Liaison.

Vice President

Robert Gauthier
IBM
Robert manages the Technical Operations for the Association and is currently the IEW Business Unit Manager. He is a member of the Education and Symposium Steering Committees. Robert previously served as the BoD secretary. He also served as the 2011 Symposium General Chair and Technical Program Committee Chair for Both Symposium and the IEW. (Elected Director)

Robert Ashton

Robert Currently serves as Advanced Topics Business Unit Manager. He is a member of the Device and System Level standards working groups. Robert also served on the Technical Program Committees for the EOS/ESD Symposium and IEW as well as the IEW management committees.

Kevin Duncan

Seagate Technology

Kevin currently serves as the Factory and Controls Chair for education. Heis a current member of the Standards Committee, Technical and Administration Support Committee, and an active member in Standards Working Groups. He is also the WG chair for Ionization.

Jeffrey Dunnihoo

Pragma Design

Jeff is a member of the Membership and Volunteer Activities Committee (MVA), and an active member of Standards Working Group WG14. Jeff also served on the Technical Program Committees for the EOS/ESD Symposium.

Reinhold Gaertner

Infineon Technologies

Reinhold currently serves as the Factory Symposium Business Unit Manager. He has served in device testing, is an active member in Standards Working Groups and the Technical and Administration Support Committee. Reinhold has also served on the Technical Program Committee for the EOS/ESD Symposium. Reinhold is the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award.

Michael currently serves as the Device Design chair. He is member of Education Council, the Education Committee and the Symposium Steering committee. Michael served as the Vice General Chair and Technical Program Committee Chair of Symposium and is currently the past general Chair.

Nathaniel Peachey

Nate is the current Standards Business Unit Manager and Technical and Administration Support Committee Chair. He is a member of the Education Council, Advanced Topics Committee, and Standards Working Groups.

Alan is a current member of the Standards Commitee, and Standards Working Groups. Alan also served on the Technical Program Committee for the EOS/ESD Symposium.

Ginger currently serves as the Education Business Unit Manager and is a member of the Education Council. She has previously served as President, Sr.Vice President, Vice President, and in Education as the Chair and Business Unit Manager.

John serves as the Facility Certification Chair. He is a member of the Technical and Administration Support Committee, Standards Committee, and is the Chair of the Electrostatics IEC Committee. Previously, John has served as Association President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Secretary. He also Previously served as past Symposium General Chair, Vice General Chair, and Technical Program Committee Chair. John is the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award.

Terry Finn

Marketing & Communications Program Manager

In her 6th year with ESDA, Terry is responsible for design and development of the Threshold newsletter, marketing materials, event guides, and website maintenance. Terry also produces all of the promotional and educational pieces.

Christina Earl

Standards Program Manager

In her 5th year with ESDA, Christina is responsible for the Standards Business Unit. Christina is the recording secretary and Administrator for the TAS and STDCOM committees. She is responsible for the Standards documents and American National Standards Institute - ANSI.
