INDEMNIFICATION FORM

“To the fullest extent permitted by law, the undersigned Symposium Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Riverside Convention Center and their respective employees and agents, EOS/ ESD Association, Inc., and all of its agents and employees from and against claims, damages, loss, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from the Symposium Exhibitor’s or any of its agent’s or employees’ performance or failure in performance associated with the installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of its exhibits to be presented at the 47th Annual EOS/ESD Symposium. Covering September 13-18, 2025.”

I understand that neither EOS/ESD Association, Inc. nor the Riverside Convention Center maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property, and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

I agree to the terms of the above Indemnification Form:
