Process Assessment Certification Statement of Work Bid Opportunity-Reply by 9/27/24

We are developing a new certification program for ESD Process Assessment. The target audience is factory ESD professionals and process engineers who are involved with evaluating potential ESD risks in factory environments

The certification outline involves both an online and in-person format. The online format is as follows:

The in-person format, which will include demonstrations and hands-on opportunities for students, is as follows:

Note: The outline formats provided are recommended. While modifications are permitted in the bid, they should remain very close to the suggested formats.

The compensation method for ESDA-owned development of this course is $3,000 to develop the online portion, $9,000 to develop the in-person portion, including the exams.

The timeline and deliverables are as follows:

  • 8/16/24: Bidding is open
  • 9/27/24: Bidding is closed
  • 10/11/24: Contract awarded

2/28/25: Equipment for course selected

  • 2/28/25: 1st draft of on-line course materials, slides, and instruction script
  • 3/31/25: Feedback to instructors
  • 4/30/25: Final draft of on-line materials
  • 5/31/25: 1st draft of in-person course materials, slides, and test
  • 6/30/25: Feedback to instructors
  • 7/31/25: Final draft of materials
  • 9/14/25: In-person course offered
