Christopher Almeras joined Raytheon, Dallas, Texas in 2015; where he is currently ESD SME for Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Division. He also has process engineering responsibilities including capital equipment investments and automation. A member of the Raytheon Corporate ESD council, Christopher also served as ESD coordinator for L3 Technologies Display Systems (2010-2014) and Denso Manufacturing (2005-2010) before joining Raytheon. He received his ESDA Program Manager’s certification in 2009, and presented the paper “An ESD Case Study of Defect Analysis in High Speed Electronics Manufacturing” at the 2018 ESD Symposium. Christopher is currently a member of WG 17.0 Process Assessment, WG 19.0 High Reliability, WG53 Compliance Verification and WG 20.20 ESD Control Program. He earned his Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University and his Master’s of Industrial Engineering at Oklahoma State University.
