Mr. Kim Lau is currently the products Manager for Winifred International Technology Ltd. located in Shanghai ,China, His office is located in Tianjin, This company is solutions provider for micro-contaminations Control at advanced manufacturing Fabs and processes.

He has over 20 years of experience in applied static discharge control，and in ESD auditing, training and providing solutions to customers, He is also responsible for Ionizer products in Company.

An Engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in precision engineering, Project planning and Installation and manufacturing sector, leading local teams and oversea teams to deliver the multi million dollars projects on time to the customers such as Samsung, TSMC, Micron and Intel. 

Current assignment and job roles at RF360 GmbH, Qualcomm include SAP Project Manager - Bizz, ESD Control Program Manager and Measurement System Analysis program. I am responsible for initiating and implementing the ESD control program and internal audit program at RF360 GmbH. After achieving the ESD program manager certificate, I am preparing myself to become the ESD Lead Auditor in very near future. 

Graduated from UniSA - University of South Australia (Master of Engineering) and also certified PMP, ACP, RMA and DASSM from Project Management Institute. I am also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Control Engineer.
